Damaged Shipments: If an item is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately. We will give you instructions on how to proceed. 

Return policy: 
We want you to be satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.

Before you send anything back, you must contact us for return instructions.

If the item is defective, let us know as soon as possible and we will tell you how to proceed.

You will receive your refund within 15 days after the item is received at our warehouse.

We use UPS or USPS in the continental United States for our products. We do not ship internationally at this time, except to Canada.

We use your telephone number so that we can provide support for this order. We will not use your number to call you unless it is necessary for the order you have placed.

We hate spam as much as you do. We will not share any of your information with anyone else for any reason. We use your email address to send you updates on your order, including the shipping information.
Shipping Time: The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.
